Photos and media: Images and videos captured through the RollieBox app are uploaded to our secure cloud storage.
User-generated content: Captions, memes, and mission responses are stored with your photos.
Payment information: If you purchase an event plan, we process payment data via our third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple, Google). We do not store full credit card information.

Device data: Type of device, operating system, language, and app version.

Location data: Approximate location may be collected to optimize event experiences or detect misuse (never precise GPS tracking).

With event participants: Photos uploaded to a specific event are visible to the host and invited guests only.

4. Photo Storage and Retention
All media files are securely stored in encrypted cloud servers (e.g., Firebase Storage).
Event photos and galleries are retained for 90 days after the event date by default.
After 90 days, event owners may choose to download or extend storage for a small fee.
Deleted photos are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You can:
Access your photos and data through the app or by request.
Delete your account or event content at any time.
Control visibility by hiding or removing photos before gallery reveal.
Opt out of promotional communications via email settings.
