  • Payment information: If you purchase an event plan, we process payment data via our third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple, Google). We do not store full credit card information.

  • Location data: Approximate location may be collected to optimize event experiences or detect misuse (never precise GPS tracking).

  • With event participants: Photos uploaded to a specific event are visible to the host and invited guests only.

4. Photo Storage and Retention

  • All media files are securely stored in encrypted cloud servers (e.g., Firebase Storage).

  • Event photos and galleries are retained for 90 days after the event date by default.

  • After 90 days, event owners may choose to download or extend storage for a small fee.

  • Deleted photos are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

  • Access your photos and data through the app or by request.

  • Delete your account or event content at any time.

  • Control visibility by hiding or removing photos before gallery reveal.

  • Opt out of promotional communications via email settings.

RollieBox is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country).
